Art House Furniture – Zezenia

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this furniture shop. I paid in full for a dining room set, but they never delivered the furniture. What makes it worse is that they also refused to return my money.

The salesman احمد قناويkept lying repeatedly, giving false promises about delivery dates and excuses every time I followed up. Weeks passed with no product, no refund, and no honest communication.

This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Taking customers’ money without delivering the product or issuing a refund is nothing but deception.

I strongly do not recommend dealing with this store. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and loss of money.

The worst company I’ve dealt with… They have given 6 different delivery dates over 2 months and the items never arrived.. they never call to explain why.. when you call them they promise to call back and never do.. I asked for a refund and even that they keep delaying… So unprofessional and disrespectful .. I can only assume the positive reviews were written by the staff!
