The worst after-sales service I’ve ever had. I bought a bedroom set from them, and all the wardrobe shelves fell off after a year. This was in the coastal area, meaning they only used it for two months a year. After a year, all the shelves fell off. I contacted them more than once, but there was no response, and I still haven’t received anything.

They are scammers in a very professional manner – I contracted for things last Ramadan and they said delivery would be after a month and a half – I call every day and no one answers. It is impossible for anyone to answer you after that unless they throw out a couple of words and disappear, like, “I will talk to the manager and get back to you,” and so on – I went to their branch and they told me, unfortunately, we canceled dealings with the supplier and we are refunding my money – Until now, I have not received my money and I do not know how to get it. What can help me get it back besides filing a report, because I submitted it and I am waiting and it is useless.. The Zizinia branch in particular, they are all about empty promises and forget about their check meeting, it is completely worthless because you will not see it until the first time.
