HORRIBLE STAFF 🤢
I gave one star, only because the experience itself was so much fun.
The tech of the cars is actually advanced although it was smelling benzin.
Now back to staff, they were so rude, bad attitude, and if the owner of this place just takes a quick look on the bad reviews they would find 99% of them complaining about staff. They spoil the fun of the experience.
as if they are forced to work… also I was in the changing room and suddenly one of the girl’s staff entered.
All the lockers were without keys (they stay open).
We had to keep our phones, money، watches on the reception desk and it could be stolen and no one would be held accountable.

I wish the owner of this place would take care of their business more, either train the employees to be more welcoming and nice. or just simply fire all of them and replace with new staff.

An employee should either respect their work or sit home.

Before i come to this place, i saw tons of negative reviews on how bad the place was and how rude the staff were. But none of that is actually true. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Karts and suits may be old, but they still worked perfect with no issues at all. The track itself was organized and awesome.
Before you enter, they show you a briefing video. Then you go to wear the equipment( suits & helmets ). And then you head to the track. The session was 12 minutes. The time isn’t short, but it would be better if they made it more.
I definitely recommend this place.
I also advise to book couple of days earlier, and wear light clothes so it doesn’t bother you when you wear the suit

The place is fun and the staff are helpful, which made the experience enjoyable. However, the suits felt a bit worn out and the colors were faded, which took away from the overall look. Also, for just 12 minutes, it felt a bit pricey
