The Avis El-Nozha team was extremely responsive and diligent throughout my entire rental experience. I had two separate reservations, and both were handled with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
For my first reservation, which I had booked online prior to my trip, the vehicle initially offered did not meet my expectations, particularly when it came to the A/C performance as well as the age and mileage of the car. The team addressed my concerns immediately. They provided me with a higher-tier vehicle for the day while they worked on finding a more suitable vehicle within my reserved category. By the following day, they had arranged a newer vehicle with lower mileage and significantly better A/C performance. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and made sure I was satisfied rather than simply telling me there were no other options.
For my second rental, I needed to extend my transportation for several additional days after returning the first vehicle. I initially made the reservation over the phone, but later realized the rate I had been quoted was significantly higher than the rate available directly through the Avis airport location. Unfortunately, the phone reservation team was unable to match that rate, so I ultimately booked directly through the airport location instead.
Once again, the airport team was very responsive and helpful, and the entire process was smooth and pleasant. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the Avis airport team. Their responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to find solutions made a noticeable difference in my rental experience.
