I asked for front highlights, and when Marwa did them, they turned out too bright blonde. She told me to darken them, and I said okay. Then Amira came and said she said the same thing, and Amira did them too, but unfortunately, she didn’t darken them. She changed the color to olive green, and it looks awful. I told Marwa, “You change it,” and she said, “Don’t pay me.” I said, “You said to darken it, not change the color!” The eyebrows are also bad, and the employee who dyed them smelled strongly of smoke. May God punish her!

This place is awesome. I was in Alexandria visiting from Los Angeles. The staff was so kind and professional. Maryanne worked on me, my two daughters, my sis in law, and my baby boy, and had us done nicely in less than 3 hours. She knows what she’s doing, knew understood what I wanted for my daughter’s curly hair. She also did a very professional job colouring my hair. A week later, and we’re all still really happy with the results. Thanks to the whole staff. They also have a special room for the hijabjs! Also the place is really clean.
