The problems began from the moment we arrived. We were delayed in checking in without any prior explanation of the procedures. Upon receiving the apartment, the cleanliness was substandard, and there was an unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. When I contacted the management, no real solution was offered; the only suggested solution was to send a cleaner the following day, which is unacceptable when receiving a unit that is supposed to be ready.
I was forced to leave the apartment and not complete my stay. Despite this, I was refused a full refund on the grounds that the booking was non-refundable, even though the reason for leaving was that the unit was not in the condition I expected.
I advise anyone considering booking to thoroughly check the cleanliness and service quality before paying, as my experience was extremely disappointing.

Their service is completely unprofessional, and they lie to you about everything. All they care about is taking your money, and then they make your life miserable at check-in and laugh at you. Honestly, I advise you, for God’s sake, never rent through them. They gave me a different apartment than the one I booked, and they made my check-in miserable. I was stuck at reception for two hours, and the internet kept saying it was down. They were also slow to respond to any housekeeping requests. The location is nice, but don’t deal with this company at all. Go and deal with other companies that have apartments in the same area.

The place is great and close to Mall of Arabia, everything is nearby. The cleanliness and reception were excellent. The employee, Mohamed Ayman, and Mr. Mahmoud Morsi were very helpful. Everything was fantastic, and the place is very safe. They deserve all the thanks.
