The cleaning team was excellent, professional, and hardworking.
My main disappointment was the equipment. Some machines were old, and the vacuum cleaner stopped working several times during the service, which should not happen with a professional cleaning company.

Very poor quality of cleaning. I hired them to clean my completely empty apartment that had been closed for 3 months. No furniture or anything. It was just dusty. They sent one boy who was quite apathetic. He arrived with very basic tools- not enough to clean well. I left him in the apartment for 5 hours and arrived to find that only one room had been somewhat cleaned. Toilets were still stained. The kitchen was completely dusty. I had to spend two more hours with home going over every corner of the apartment. At some point I got sick of it and told him it was enough and he left. He didn’t do any of the things that were on the checklist in the contract. No doors, door knobs, glass windows, toilets sinks or anything. I had to watch over every step for him to half clean the floors. Never again. If I could five zero stars I would.

I wouldn’t call it “Deep” cleaning to be honest.
Value for money is way too high for such service.
And although complained about not being satisfied, did not get any call back from whomever is responsible!!
Was very disappointed , first and last time..

I’ve used Busy Bee twice now—once for closing my beach house and again for a deep clean of my patio and windows. Both times they were efficient, prompt, and delivered spotless results. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with I highly recommend them!
I will definitely continue using their services.

Before and after pictures !! Someone had left the windows open for months at an old house we use as storage and it was a mess. The workers spent 12 hours cleaning and arranging I couldn’t spend the day with them at the house and they constantly called to check on every single detail they need to arrange so that I am satisfied with the service. Great team and follow up especially Adel one of the workers he was very attentive with details.
