Worst experience ever
On 4 April, I selected and paid in full for a sofa and furniture for three rooms, with the agreed delivery date being 15th June. However, as of today, the sofa has still not been prepared or delivered, and I have received no proper updates regarding the delay.
Additionally, when part of the order was delivered, the dining room set was missing one chair. I raised this issue, but no action has been taken, and I have not been able to reach anyone from your support team despite multiple attempts via phone and in person.

Horrible service! They delivered the wrong table, saying it’s ‘not a big deal’—what kind of excuse is that? Rowan from sales gave us the wrong mattress size, forcing us to buy something we didn’t need. The installation team was unskilled, and we had to help them place the furniture. Such a disappointing experience. Don’t waste your money here.

Terrible experience! Branch manager Islam was rude and dismissive after we made the down payment. He ignored our calls and WhatsApp messages and responded rudely when he bothered to reply. The furniture was delayed, scratched, and incomplete. The installation team couldn’t even assemble the buffet properly—the glass was broken. Avoid this place at all costs!
