The branch is very nice and clean, the coffee is wonderful, and the breakfast sandwiches are full of nutrients. The staff are friendly, but my only comment is that the code manager treats order delivery representatives uncivilised

The place looked authentic and pretty inviting from the outside, but it was uncomfortably hot inside, especially on the second floor.
The iced Spanish latte was overly bitter and unpleasant, which made the overall experience disappointing.

The place is a little bit small, and even fewer options to sit if you looking for a non smoking corner like me.
Coffee was okay, their sweetened drinks like matcha always too sweet for my taste, but love the tiramisu, and their croissant is also good.
Used to love how staff were asking first before upgrading the coffee to platinum, now they’re just like other branches
