Good taste , delicious
But staff is more younger , didn’t have more experience to speak and finish orders ,not friendly, freezing meeting.

I visited the guizera Plaza branch for the first time today by 9/9:30, and the staff were very polite and friendly.
I ordered a Chocobon to take away, but when I got home just 15 minutes later, the dough was extremely dry, almost like a biscuit, and not fluffy at all. Even after heating it in the microwave, it didn’t improve much. It was also overloaded with sauce, making it far too sweet to enjoy.
I hope this was just a one-time incident

I always go to Cinnabon for their amazing rolls, but this visit at the Makram Ebeid branch really surprised me. Before walking in, I was just telling my friend how Cinnabon usually has the rudest waiters ever. To my surprise, the person who took our order around 9:30 pm was the complete opposite, absolutely amazing 🫶🏻
He went above and beyond, guiding us through all the options, helping us choose, and even brought our order up to the second floor. Honestly, such a lively and refreshing experience! I wish I knew his name because he deserves all the credit.
Cinnabon, please keep more staff like him. He turned an ordinary visit into a really memorable one. 👏
