The cinnamon rolls are delicious and piping hot, but all the trays they’re placed on are dirty and unwashed, and there’s no hygiene supervision.

Worst experience with Cinnabon so Far!
I put an order through talabat for their ramadan cinamix ramadan tray, i have attached two photos for reference. Photo on instagram has a full tray and what i have received a 1/3 of the tray. I had one bite from the tray and now cinnabon is saying its going to take 48 hours to get back to me about my request. They said it is a certain portion which is not even equal to one bun.
Again 1 week later i called them twice to follow up and NO ONE even logged my bad review, i kept getting put on hold with no employee to talk to you.
Bad reviewers if you love cinnabon, check out Eden bakery they have cinnamon rolls that are 17x better and they have great customer service.

I visited the Gezira Plaza branch and had a pleasant experience overall.
The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made a great first impression.
I ordered a Cinnabon to eat at the restaurant. While the dough was colder than expected and not as fluffy as usual,
I believe this was just a one-time incident.
The good service and friendly attitude of the staff made the visit enjoyable, and I’m confident my next visit will be better.
