Every single one of my laser hair removal sessions has been canceled, always at the last minute. Sometimes they even text the night before or ridiculously late (once around 12 AM) claiming there’s “maintenance,” as if they just realized the clinic needed it hours before appointments. It’s obvious they have zero planning or respect for clients’ time. I’ve rearranged my schedule multiple times only to be canceled on again and again. Terrible management and complete lack of reliability. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’d like to kindly express my frustration regarding the repeated delays I face at Clarity Clinic. This is not the first time — in fact, every single time I come in for my laser session, I end up waiting over 30 minutes despite arriving on time.
Today, my appointment was at 5:15 PM and I arrived exactly on time, but no one had started the session even after 20+ minutes.
I also feel that the laser sessions are not being done properly. The doctor doesn’t mark the base of the hair, but rather targets the hair itself, which reduces the effectiveness of the treatment.
I am a regular client and I expect better time management and treatment quality. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
