Very disappointing experience. I ordered an iced vanilla latte , but the staff added milk without me asking for it and then told me that this is normal because I ordered it iced.
The latte itself already had vanilla, yet vanilla was added again as an extra and I was charged for it.
What was even more disappointing is that the cappuccino was entered on the receipt as “Dulce Latte”, which is a completely different drink.
The attitude and way of dealing with the customer were also very unprofessional. I paid 500 EGP for this order and honestly expected much better service and attention to the order.

Poor service and below-average coffee. The staff was dismissive when I asked about sugar-free syrups, and they only told us the café was closing after we ordered. When I mentioned the issue, the response was simply “write feedback”

Rich coffee, nice staff and atmosphere.
Decorations needs to be more colorful and cheerful, grey theme is not the best.
The coffee tastes was rich and cool and the staff is very welcoming and helpful also cheerful and smiley. There is a strong wifi connection and the speed is good. One thing that is an absolute turn off, the music in the place! MONOTONE! If you happen to stay for a while to work or hang out with friends, definitely suggest the outer area just because of the music.
