Coffee Lab

This is actually the first time I’ve ever thought about writing a review or leaving a comment about a place or a specific person but I really feel like this time it’s worth i t I’m talking about Coffee Lab the Gardenia branch next to Gedo Restaurant on the Suez Road, and especially one of the team members there a girl named (Hadeer)
This girl is incredibly classy and respectful even with her coworkers Honestly I go to this place twice a week and I’ve never once heard her raise her voice laugh loudly or use inappropriate language while she’s on the job She’s also the only person who always prints out my coffee receipt without me even having to ask! And she really insists on making sure I take it… When I asked her why she was so insistent especially since I’d noticed her doing the same thing with other customers ..she simply said(It’s your right sir and it’s every customer’s right) She also explained that if anything ever happens we can always go back and check the receipt
On top of that she remembers my usual order and my preferences and she’s gotten so used to what I like She’s not the type to talk too much either I once saw her dealing with a really busy shift with customers complaining and putting pressure on her but she just kept smiling and trying her best to make everyone happy She even puts up with being scolded by one of her coworkers and stays quiet in front of the customers
I’ve also noticed that she has a positive influence on the cleaning staff and knows how to keep things organized and make sure everyone does what they’re supposed to do
And most importantly she makes amazing coffee and can create beautiful latte art!
Thank you Hadee, for being such a lovely..kind ..helpful and caring person who really takes pride in her workplace I hope you get to see this review someday
I always order a Flat White or a small Latte

(Airport) The employees were sitting and talking. Many people wanted to order, but they left. They were sitting there, not asking the customers what they wanted. They didn’t feel like working. Many customers left, and they were just sitting there, watching, not separating them, not doing anything.
