This company is terrible and disrespectful. They don’t keep their word, the hotels don’t match the photos during Umrah, the supervisors are inappropriate, and there’s no religious guide. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I traveled with them for Umrah. Everything they said was a lie. They changed the program multiple times without consulting us, and the hotel photos they sent didn’t match what we found. The rooms were unclean, the curtains were falling down, and it was below standard. The supervisors were unprofessional and their behavior was inappropriate.

This company is terrible, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I went on Umrah with them and I swear to God, it was the worst trip I’ve ever had. Their supervisors were incredibly rude and disrespectful, and the hotel photos were completely misleading.

Worst company ever, came from Canada and booked a trip with them to Hexa Beach at north coast including a trip to the al Alamein mall, the two guides named Amina and Ahmed took only certain people from their groups and went to the mall without even notifying us, and refused to take us to the mall, and they took all their money upfront, nevertheless scamming me many times at the Hexa Beach, I would never recommend anyone to go or book with them anything they’re a big scam, جماعة بجد شركة دي نصابة ابعدو عنها خالص
