It started when the employee told us that the hotel we wanted was full and made us choose another one, of course with a more expensive package. We told her there were places available on Booking.com, but she said no, the company had a limited number of rooms and they were all booked. As for the flight, we were supposed to book a car, but she booked us on Nile Air because it was cheaper. She said the other one was 22,000 (currency unspecified), even though it was only 17,000 (currency unspecified), which is the normal range, but she booked the one for 12,000. When we arrived, we discovered we were alone and no one was staying at the other hotel, meaning there were still rooms available. We didn’t get the 5,000 extra for the flight. The internal tours were incomplete, and we didn’t visit many places. I messaged her, and she said she’d contact the company in Istanbul, but there was no further response. There was absolutely no credibility. It was an experience I won’t repeat.

Honestly, my Umrah experience with Damas Travel was truly exceptional.
