Very poor after-sales service. It’s been over 40 days since I submitted a maintenance request, and there’s been no response.
The after-sales service is terrible. I submitted a maintenance request over 40 days ago, and no one has come. When I contact the company, they tell me to contact the installation team!

A very bad experience with poor sales representation, already ordered 7 doors to be delivered after 2 months since 15th November, 2020 and paid 80% of total cost to the very badly trained sales representative at Arab mall branch. Aside from the bad communication skills of the employee in charge whom I had to call every week to ensure date of technical assessment that took over a month, he was unable to deliver updates for manufacture stages which is annoying and stressful since I have other finishing work going on in the place delayed due to the unfinished doors.
