This is a terrible company. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them. They were two months late with delivery, and when the door arrived and was installed, it was defective and had to be returned to the factory. During installation, they damaged the marble in the entrance, which had to be replaced at a cost of 40,000 Egyptian pounds. The door still hasn’t been delivered or installed.
I dealt with the Mall of Arabia branch… no commitment, no credibility, and we received 100% of the contracted amount before delivery. A terrible experience. Please don’t be fooled by company names and pay large sums of money. Don’t place your trust in companies just because of their name or market presence. Always verify the company, carefully review the contract, and ensure it includes clauses that guarantee the customer’s rights and stipulate penalties for delays.
I am waiting for the door to be delivered and installed first, then I will contact Consumer Protection and take legal action against the company.

They insisted on taking 100% of their money before even delivering the doors. Then, they stopped answering when it was time to install the doors. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INSTALLATION PROCESS!
Also, production was supposed to take 45 days, and ended up taking over 4 months.
