The hotel is really lovely. Whenever we had a problem, the front desk staff were quick to help and resolve it. For example, when the hairdryer in our room wasn’t working properly, they immediately allowed us to use another vacant room, even though it meant that room would need to be cleaned again afterward. This level of helpfulness and service is quite rare in Egypt, and we really appreciated it!
