Took two sandals to them. One needed gluing and sewing and the other needed stitching around the straps. The glueing and stitching was ok but then they lost one of the sandals and took forever to find it only to find it stained and in need of further cleaning. When I went back for it a few days later, again they couldn’t locate it and when they did, it was still slightly stained but I was fed up of dealing with them and decided to have it cleaned elsewhere.
