WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Dont book it!
Raul Carrera
All in all a nice experience. I’ve never seen cleaner rooms in my life ! Congratulations to the cleaning team !!
Service wise . Although it was good there’s room for improvement
For example the 1st meals were wonderful! Well presented and chef-like style !!
But then , they were not so careful with the presentation but I guess the flavour was still good .
Location wise . It was really cool to be so close to the pyramids and to have a swimming pool on site ( although it was so cold ! The water could have been a bit warmer !!! 😁 )
However, the street where the hotel is is really busy, noisy and loud at all hours, but I guess you can’t have it all. 😊

Rooms are nice with good air conditioning. Ahmed was really polite & helpful. All staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem for them. Nice view of pyramids from roof top restaurant.
