Very disappointing experience that really crossed the line, they kept changing their prices without informing me. I was quoted one price regarding my laser package , and by the time I returned for my next session, the cost had mysteriously increased without any explanation or prior notice. When I asked about it, the staff acted like it was normal and brushed off my concerns.
It’s unacceptable for a clinic to operate with such a lack of transparency and professionalism. And when the receptionist called the owner she said “ هو احنا هنكلم واحد واحد نقوله على تغيير الاسعار احنا في الزقازيق ولا ايه
” she didn’t know she was on the speaker
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and skin go somewhere reputable that values their clients and honors their words
