If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. My experience here was absolutely devastating. I trusted them with my eyes, and instead of receiving proper care, I walked out with damage that I now have to deal with every single day. Their lack of professionalism, skill, and accountability is shocking.
The staff were careless, dismissive, and more focused on pushing procedures than actually ensuring patient safety. They offered no proper explanation, no follow-up, and no responsibility for the harm they caused. What was supposed to be a routine treatment turned into a nightmare.
Please, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. No one should have to go through what I went through. This clinic damaged my eyes and has had a lasting negative impact on my life.
