Mirai Kaisar
The cafes there are just weirdly set and even though it has a few really good restaurants I never feel comfortable enough sitting there especially that its view is of road 90. The open areas outside each cafe are enclosed by glass boxes and it feels like sitting in a human terrarium.
The parking is easy and almost always available though.

Farah Dewedar
Nice place and quite without many shops. It has two pharmacies which are great and deliver. It also has Dunkin Donuts, Donner Kebab and some coffee shops. It’s not crowded and the mall from inside is empty but many shops are still going to open.
