Under construction and renovation for the past 13 years. Might take longer than the Grand Egyptian Museum to complete.
Also the ultra bright screen they have only distracts drivers, local residents’ circadian rhythm and the environment. No need for a screen to be that bright in the middle of the night

It’s in a very strategic location but it’s been under developed for many years there should be many more stores to attract traffic and provide some of needed and wanted products and services……. It really should be turned into a well operating mall in a few months and I am willing to assist the management with that
