General Authority For Health Insurance – Alexandria

Yesterday, I was given a duplicate prescription for four out of five chest medications. I was given a form to fill them out elsewhere. I went to the pharmacy next to the comprehensive clinic in Smouha, but they didn’t have any of the medications. I went to Al-Shifa Pharmacy, but they only had one item. I tried to get what they had, which meant I couldn’t get the rest of the medication. I went back to the clinic and asked the pharmacy to issue a form for each medication, but they refused. The district manager is completely ineffective. I should go to the medical insurance office in Stanley. I’m a general manager, 76 years old, and she has a secretarial team of two women and a professor. Since she can’t find solutions, it’s best to transfer her office to the clinics and move to Stanley, since the solutions are only available there. Where is the planning and follow-up department? Where is the warehouse manager? Where are the monthly consumption data and the availability of a two-month supply of chronic disease medication in the clinics? I don’t think any of the officials deserve a reward for their efforts when they aren’t performing their duties satisfactorily.
