It’s extremely crowded, and people are sick and exhausted. No one cares about their age or how old they are. The treatment is terrible; they yell at people and make fun of them. It’s truly unacceptable. This place needs a surprise visit from officials, the governor, or the Minister of Health; they should see this for themselves.
