When I first came into the salon, I came in at 11:56 AM and my appointment was at 12 PM. I waited one whole hour until they got me into my waxing at 1pm. after my waxing, I had a pedicure. I only had to wait about five minutes until I got to my pedicure, and then when they started my pedicure she started and then she left and then the power went out, which is understandable. I understand it happens a lot in Egypt, but my cousin was next to me and her lady still continued the pedicure. It was still being done for my cousin, but my lady was sitting in a hanging chair in front of me on her phone, staring and smile at me while I was sitting in the pedicure chair doing nothing for about an hour. I understand if there was a reason for it but my lady did not communicate anything to me. The communication in the salon needs serious help because there’s no communication whatsoever. They say five minutes you wait an hour they say 10 minutes you wait 30. It’s a give or take moment. they need to work on their customer service. I understand language barriers, but google translate is a thing and you can still queue if you don’t speak the same language. After my pedicure, I sat down which at this point it was 4 PM so I waited one hour for my waxing, then my waxing took one hour then my pedicure took two hours. My cousin’s appointment was at 4 PM and she also booked a hair treatment. After my pedicure I came up to the lady and I said how long do i have to wait until my hair treatment she said 10 minutes, i said okay. The lady comes up me and my cousin mind you we both have the same hair treatment. but this lady didn’t care which one to take first, she asked my cousin but my cousin told me to go since I WAS THERE SINCE 12 PM, which is not okay because if my cousin would’ve went first, I would of waited for over an hour again if I didn’t go. As my cousin was waiting her an hour, MIND YOU just for her pedicure. my hair treatment went okay, then when it was done I waited another I have no clue tbh but for my threading, i got that done and at this point it was around 6:00 pm. I have been here since my appointment time at 12 pm. When I went to the front to pay, the lady showed me the price and it was 5000 something I don’t remember exactly but I know it was not correct because I had calculated in my phone everything. I asked the girl to get me Dua which she spoke pretty good english, she came up I wanted her to price down everything one by one, she said my waxing was 2500, I told her no it was 1900, she went back and forth until I showed her their website of the waxing. It got fixed thankfully. Then of my pedicure which I calculated wrong which is my bad I understood. Then I originally only wanted eyebrow threading, but the girl who was doing my eyebrows said we should do full face, I said okay. I thought it was going to be 280 like it said on the website but Dua said eyebrows are not included in full face? Can someone please explain how eyebrows are not included in full face 😭, i went back in forth until I started crying because it was already a very overwhelming day, I was there all day with no water didn’t eat anything, and the service I was getting was not good at all, no communication, the girls are laughing at you, it was just not very welcoming at all. I was very upset, so they fixed the price for me, which at that point I just paid I wanted to go home, so I think they gave me some money off but I am not sure. Moral of the story, this salon has to work on ALOT of things because there is so much potential, but it was just so disappointing.

I had the worst experience this time, although my first time was good.

I requested a pedicure and normal nail polish. They gave me a staff member who was new and had no experience. She started removing extra dead skin for so long, I felt she was
learning on my nails. So I asked the reception lady that I wanted an experienced staff member, because I don’t live in Egypt, and when I come to Egypt I want to be pampered with an exceptional experience. She got me another inexperienced lady who looks like an assistant—not specialized in pedicure—to do the pedicure.

When she finished, they got a third lady to remove cuticles and apply the nail polish, but she didn’t do the transparent color that should be done already. Then the assistant came back and kept applying 100 layers of the transparent color, horribly, which made my nails very clumpy. I told her that it was enough layers (it gets peeled easily), but she didn’t listen and kept applying. After that, she got the dryer machine and left me to handle it by myself.

Even when I was done and went to payment, the reception lady didn’t even ask me how my experience was, or anything at all—which is very basic.

I’m very unsatisfied that I paid this amount of money for this experience, especially because the salon is specialized in nails!

Honestly, the fact that I’m taking the time to write this review shows how sad I am. Honestly, I will not go again.

    Shit attitude and shit results
Nails are in the wrong color, length, and texture + crooked
    3 fingers are bleeding
Face is half done and my eyebrows are missing a chunk. Absolutely not worth the 1.8k i spent
Ridiculous place with no products, barely any service, and a gaslighting/defensive behavior towards their customers
