They try to upcharge for no reason. I went in wanting to get gel like I’ve been doing at their salons for the past year, and every single time I’m hesitant on picking a color they try to coerce me into getting chrome because it’s extra. And they don’t inform you of this. Every single time they suggest it multiple times. This last time I went in asking for a gel refill, she used two different polishes and when I went to pay, she said a crazy number and I asked her why she said it’s the type of polish the nail tech used. I tried to explain that she didn’t let me know and I wouldn’t have chosen it had I known the extra up charge which is crazy and she proceeds to tell me that the lady didn’t know , but I saw the nail technician get up to the front desk and tell her the type of polish she used while my nails were being cured. Horrible and extremely unfriendly lady at the front desk. Never going back.
