Stayed at the presidential suite. Unbelievably massive apartment suite with great amenities! Feels like home! Super nice staff members including Ibram and Linda who were very nice and helpful throughout the stay. Ibram checked in regularly to make sure our stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in masr el gedeeda
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For the price paid, the experience was far below acceptable standards.
First, the hygiene is a major concern. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, and I even found a live cockroach in the shower. To make matters worse, basic amenities like complementary slippers were missing.
For gods sake i had to pay for bottled water, and they were extremely pricy
Who does that at a hotel.
Just to add perspective, i was in a juniors suite, meaning i was paying a lot as it is.
The noise level made it impossible to rest. Not only is the Cairo traffic noise unbearable due to poor soundproofing, but the lift doors are incredibly loud, opening and closing with a mechanical racket right outside the rooms throughout the night.
The staff were completely unhelpful. Despite my booking clearly stating a checkout window between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM, the front desk insisted I leave at 12:00 PM, showing zero flexibility or regard for the terms of my reservation.
While the location is “okay,” it does not make up for the lack of cleanliness and the dismissive attitude of the staff. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are looking for a clean or quiet place to recover or rest.
Very bad experience with me. I booked through booking dot com. They written 00 check in I send message to them agreed check in and check out time but not available. I stayed here 5 days and agreed 7 o clock check out time with half price but 6 o clock they kick me out. No water no tuth brush and paste in the room. No cleaning too. Every 2 days they will clean if you asked. Very small toilet. Staff are very rude too.
2 stars is being generous. The lobby looks nice and smells good. The rooms are not clean, the bathroom showers have hair stuck in the drains. I don’t need to say more than that, but nice people and from what I heard it’s better than other places given the location.
I stay in this hotel during my vacation for 14 days on queen bedroom very quiet and clean.
The people work at the reception are very nice. But I had bad experience with the employee working there…. When you order food online and when the driver came, the stop the driver not come up and the employee take the food come up but when you give money no have exchange he tried to be smart to keep the money without your permission. My first day on the hotel one off the employee knock my doors to come inside to ask money when I ask him for what he said need tips for what he done, but he forgot that his jobs… they employee ask a lot of tips without the tips they are not happy to do something, but they forgot that the tips is not something Obligated for the customer. When Happy birthday Service gift tips.
The breakfast not good and the place are very dirty.
