My experience was terrible. I paid a hefty sum for an X-ray, and the doctor who was supposed to do it was late. Because no one had called her, she came specifically. And even after a long wait, she didn’t do the X-ray properly, didn’t understand anything, and did it incorrectly. I had to redo it at another place because the administration doesn’t address the issue. They were just waiting for the money. I know many people who had the same problem with different X-rays. They bring in people to practice X-rays on us and take our money for nothing. May God punish them! We entrust our affairs to God, and He is the best of guardians.

A terrible place totally unprofessional radiology doctor

This was my first time at the place, and it was the complete opposite of the negative reviews. The receptionist was a very respectful young lady, I think Dina or Donia, and she was very polite. The assistants upstairs when I went into the radiology department were also helpful and polite. I forget their names, but I think it was Yara and Nourhan, if I remember correctly. They work in the MRI department. The place was clean. One thing to note: the patient’s medical history is very important for writing the report, and you must take it from the patient yourself, not have them write it, especially if the patient is unwell and unable to write it themselves or have anyone to lean on. This is your responsibility. Honestly, after I was told this and I objected, she didn’t hesitate and went back to get the papers and write them herself. This is just a point to make sure you avoid this with patients. God willing, this won’t be my last time dealing with you.
