Thanks for great staff such as Ms. Mai ( she is one of best receptionist I met in my global visits) &Mr. Ahmed , Ms. Rahma operator . Also, I won’t forget the extra hospitality and kindness from fitness club thank you Ms. Aya / Ms. Shahad and Mr. Ashraf for their cooperation, support, and understanding.
Internet 🛜 ok but interpreted time to time . Rooms small but have good welcome stuff such as fruit 🍌 and office setup . But room phone ☎️ don’t have codes or indicators for services !!! Also water 🚿 shower pressure not strong .

Great hotel with excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel has several pools and plenty of entertainment options. We stayed here for a conference, and the conference hall was spacious, with clean facilities.
The concierge was very helpful, check-in and check-out were quick, and complimentary water was provided daily. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of choices.
The only minor issue was the air conditioning, as the temperature was sometimes inconsistent either too cold or hot.
The hotel is very close to Cairo Airport, although it is quite far from the city center and most tourist attractions. Overall, a very good hotel, especially for families and conferences.

Our stay at Hilton Heliopolis Cairo was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children with Autism or ADHD.
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The hotel has a calm, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful swimming pools, and a great selection of restaurants with delicious food. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, along with the all day snacks and evening dinner in the Executive Lounge, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Ameera and Mr. Reda, who went above and beyond to make my 8 year old autistic son feel comfortable, happy, and included. Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression on our family. My son had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment.
The hotel’s location is another big advantage. It is very close to Cairo International Airport and offers convenient airport pick-up and drop-off services, making travel stress free.
Thank you to the entire Hilton Heliopolis Cairo team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo, especially families with children who have special needs.

As a physician who travel to too many cities and places , I have found that Hilton Heliopolis is one of the best I ever stayed. From the welcome service by Jano , Mary to the room services. Executive lounge is the signature of the place specially Yasmin and Ali both are amazing with the best intellectuals relationship. I truly enjoyed every time i visited that place.

Me and my friends had the best time ever honestly, everything was beyond perfect from the moment we arrived.
The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and the two pools were absolutely amazing! The room was super comfortable and had literally everything we needed.
But the REAL highlight was the food!!! 😍
Every single meal was delicious, fresh, and full of variety. Breakfast was incredible and everything we tried tasted amazing. Honestly one of the best hotel food experiences we’ve had!
And I really want to thank the wonderful staff for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality.
Special thanks to Mr. Boshoy from Reservations and Mrs. Rania from Guest Relations for being extremely helpful, caring, and professional. They truly made our stay extra special.
Huge thanks as well to all the staff members, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling.
