We stayed there and it was a very pleasant stay. Rooms are very clean and everything is avaiable in the room. Full kitchen with suppliers, with washing machine and good AC. 😇There is carrefour supermarket which is like 3min walk. 🤩I highly recommend this place to especially for families. I would like to thank for the staff as well, especially Mr.Faris which he was very attentive from my online booking till the day we arrived and left. He was very helpful in every case. 🙏😇Thank you Homtel for our beautiful stay. 💖💖

My stay at Homtel Residence AUC in the 5th Settlement was truly exceptional from start to finish. This is by far one of the best furnished apartments experiences I’ve had in Cairo.
The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully furnished with high-quality finishes. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged — from the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen. It genuinely felt like a luxury home rather than a rental unit.
The service was outstanding. The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful at every step. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and any request was handled immediately with a smile.
The location is perfect — right in the heart of New Cairo’s 5th Settlement, close to AUC, top restaurants, cafes, and all essential services, yet still peaceful and quiet. It offers the ideal balance between convenience and privacy.
If you’re looking for a premium furnished apartment in New Cairo, Homtel Residence AUC sets the standard. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again.

my second visit within 10 month. Small Apartment Hotel with modern equiped Studio Apartments that meet European Standart in most categories. Best value money ratio I could find in Cairo. Decend, relatively clean and quite(rare to find) neighborhood with good infrastracture regarding supermarkets(grocery) , banking and restaurants. Smart, friendly and helpful Personal and Management running the place. Monorail Station nearby(built but not running yet). Good connectivity to most areas in New Cairo. Definitly recommendable place for business guests and tourists that are seeking time out from the jam packend Egyptian Capital.
