Never ever consider renting from or dealing with this company. I rented an apartment from this company through Airbnb, and upon arrival, the apartment was on the second floor with no elevator. I don’t know how a family can carry these bags to the second floor. Going up to the second floor, the building had a foul odor and the presence of insects inside the building made my children cry while waiting. There was no lighting on the second floor at all, making it impossible to see your hand, let alone find the door and key. When I spoke to the manager, who lacked the minimum professionalism, she argued with me. Of course, I never entered the apartment, and the company refused to refund any amount. I contacted Airbnb, and they refunded the full amount from the website itself, not the company.
