This company is a scam, their service is terrible, and they keep changing their story. They even changed the apartment we booked and gave us a different one after we arrived. On top of that, they’ve been causing so many problems. I’ve been here for four days now, and it’s one problem after another. We’ve tried contacting them, but no one ever answers. And if they do answer by chance, they say they’re coming but never show up.
I rented 3 apartments for 2 weeks in beginning of November. We happen to lose an I phone 17 Management was great in Fininding phone and arranging delivery . Extremely honest and great service and very responsive 24/7 . I highly recommend them .
We booked with Host Prime and paid upfront, expecting a professional stay. What we got was the opposite.
The first apartment was dirty, had a gas leak smell, AC is the guests room not working, ants on bedsheets, and an elevator button that barely worked. These issues were not visible in photos. After wasting a full day complaining, we were moved to another apartment.
The second apartment wasn’t any better:
No AC in the master bedroom for a full night.
Water heater wasn’t connected.
Missing basic essentials like clothes dryer, dish rack, and bed covers. We were promised delivery the next day — they never came.
During our 30-day stay:
AC had repeated leaks and cooling issues.
Drainage in the shower was blocked; We went a whole day without a bath.
Water pressure was so low, it didn’t even reach the showerhead.
A bathroom leak caused standing water under the tiles, leading to bad odor.
Host Prime simply moved plates, cups, and Wi-Fi from the old apartment, showing a clear lack of preparation.
When we requested a refund for unused days, they refused. When we asked for compensation for wasted days, they said we were “spoiled” and that these issues were “normal” for long stays.
Meanwhile, when a banknote was rejected, they pressured us to pay immediately with no grace period, even sending someone to collect the money.
In short: zero flexibility, zero accountability, and zero hospitality. They enforce strict policies to protect themselves but have no system to ensure the apartments are properly maintained and equipped.
We were warned against dealing with brokers when traveling to Egypt—yet Host Prime turned out to be even worse.
Not recommended.
A terrible experience with Host Prime
We booked with Host Prime and paid in advance, hoping for a comfortable and well-organized stay. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in every way.
The first apartment was in terrible condition: a gas leak, broken air conditioning, ants on the sheets, a malfunctioning elevator, and an unclean building. These issues aren’t visible in the photos. After a full day of complaints, we were moved to another apartment.
But the second apartment wasn’t any better: the air conditioning in the master bedroom didn’t work, and we had to spend a whole night without it. The water heater wasn’t connected. Basic necessities like a clothes drying rack, dish rack, and bed linens were missing. None of these items were provided despite repeated promises.
During our 30-day stay: the air conditioning problems persisted (water leaks and weak cooling). The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. A blocked bathroom drain prevented us from showering for an entire day. A water leak in the toilet resulted in a foul odor on the floor. Only the dishes and Wi-Fi equipment were moved from the first apartment; the new one wasn’t prepared in advance.
When we requested a refund for the remaining days, our request was flatly denied. When we asked for compensation for the lost days, we were told we were “spoiled” and that these problems were “normal” for long stays.
To make matters worse, when a banknote was refused, they demanded we settle the matter immediately and sent an employee to collect the money—with no tolerance or flexibility—while expecting guests to be patient with poor service and malfunctions!
The company has strict policies to protect itself from refunds or compensation, but it lacks any policies to ensure the apartments are properly furnished, clean, or ready for guests.
When we traveled to Egypt, we were told to avoid intermediaries because they only care about taking a commission and don’t provide service. We chose Host Prime because they advertised themselves as a trustworthy company. But they were worse than any intermediary.
I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them.

They’re also very unclean.
