People are so rude and there is no customer satisfaction, the guy there in city centre branch spoke with us rudely without even hear our questions

Products look good but there are hidden defects in some items and it take a lot of time to fix it until i am getting bored. Drawer runners are getting broken one by one. It is very disappointing.
