I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was very disappointing.
First, during my lip blushing appointment, the numbing cream was applied directly to my lips without the technician wearing gloves. I found this extremely unprofessional and unhygienic.
I also got eyelash extensions and paid over 2,450 EGP. When I questioned the high price, the receptionist told me I had chosen the “Julie Special.” The problem is that I never asked for that specific style. I simply told the lash technician that I wanted something natural and not too thick, so I don’t think it was fair to charge me for a premium set I never requested.
What also left a bad impression was how persistent the staff were about asking me to leave a good review before I had even seen how the results would hold up.

DISGUSTING PLACE. I recently visited this salon for a Moroccan hammam treatment and massage, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.
Before my appointment even began, I overheard staff discussing that the massage therapist was unavailable, equipment was missing, and the massage room was not ready. One staff member suggested cancelling my appointment and asking me to return another day, while another said they would simply find someone else to do the massage. In hindsight, I should have left at that point.
During the hammam treatment, I was asked to sit in the sauna on a mat covered in black and blue spots. When I questioned whether it was mould, I was reassured that it wasn’t. However, after lifting the mat myself, I found blue mould underneath and had to ask for it to be removed.
After black soap was applied to my body, I was left to soak and noticed flies on my skin, which appeared to be coming from the soap. The robe provided also had makeup stains on it and did not look clean or freshly washed.
Most concerning of all, the therapist performing the Moroccan hammam seemed inexperienced and has damaged my skin barrier in several areas. My skin was left extremely red, sore, and painful, with a burning sensation similar to a skin burn.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor preparation, and apparent lack of staff training made this a very disappointing and concerning experience.

I’m honestly a little disappointed. Before booking, I specifically mentioned that I wanted something very gentle on my skin, relaxing, and focused on giving me a nice glow before my wedding day, and based on that, the luxury facial was recommended to me. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed and inexperienced instead of calming and luxurious. The glow and plump effect only lasted a few hours and honestly seemed to come mostly from the final products they applied rather than the facial itself. For the price, it really didn’t feel worth it, and I genuinely think a basic facial would have given me the same experience.

Was very skeptical about getting my lashes done here after seeing negative reviews but was quite surprised. They had several english speakers and they really took my opinion into consideration. My lashes turned out great. I only felt that their glue is stronger than most other places I’ve been to in the world and this makes my eyes hurt (still after a day) besides this I’m happy. Price was about right, a little high but also worked with my budget. took a little under 2 hrs. Removal cost 200 EGP. (I got wispy mink for reference)
