It was a terrible experience, the only good thing was the pyramid view. The rooms were filthy, the towels were pitch black with dirt, and there were yellow stains on the bed. There were also yellow stains on the bathroom floor.

The location is quite close to the pyramids, but the service and facilities are terrible. The streets are deserted, and construction was still ongoing even at 4:00 AM. The rooms were extremely dirty; the towels they provided had black stains, and the pillows were yellowed and smelled bad. We had to sleep with t-shirts wrapped around the pillows. Breakfast was included. They try to sell you tours before you even arrive, and this is repeated when you get there. The Giza area in general is a dirty place; I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The only advantage is the amazing pyramid view. If I ever go to Egypt again, I will never stay in this hotel or area.

Very disappointing experience. We absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation.
After a long and tiring flight, we arrived around 4 a.m. Instead of welcoming us and ensuring we could rest comfortably, the focus was immediately on selling activities and charging extra money.
The room did not meet expectations at all. The bathroom smelled very unpleasant and was not clean. The beds also had visible stains.
The next day, several promises were made to us that were ultimately not kept. We were told that certain activities would be at no extra cost and that we would receive a private tour. Ultimately, this turned out not to be the case, and we had to pay much more than we had expected beforehand.

booked a room with a jacuzzi, 8 hours before check-in they said that it turns out that this room is not available and payment is only in cash and that their terminal is not working)) I think that it has never worked for them) they make black money
Now we need to find last hours other hotel ….

The location is a 6. The service is courteous, a 6.
The continental breakfast is slightly overpriced. Overall, it’s okay as a place to stay. No luxuries, but it’s clean. A fair 4 out of 6.
For the price, it serves its purpose.
