A terrible experience with this company. The tickets were booked just two days before the trip, which drastically increased the price. I had no choice but to pay the extra amount to avoid losing the entire cost of the trip. They showed no concern for their passengers, and the service provided was completely inadequate for the price paid. Furthermore, I encountered problems at the hotel, and the company offered no assistance in resolving them. I do not recommend using this company.
