Been going there for 3 years since the whole place was called a different name, seriously manger there is so dismissive and isn’t treating us like costumers anymore. We rented a room today and he didn’t tell us someone else revered it an hour later, suddenly he sends a worker to dismiss us into another room, we stayed for another 50 minutes, then he kicked us out again because someone else resisted the room he gave us, then while we were getting out he yells from outside at the worker to rush us out with disgusting manner, so then I walk out and ask him what’s going on? He said he has to let us leave ASAP because others are coming, after we leave we chill at the open cafe, I sit for 40 minutes and no one even enters the room. Seriously I don’t know what to say anymore, never again. الرجاء التصرف مع الاخلاق ولا حتخسرو زباين في اسرع وقت

Our experience was truly disappointing. The manager, in particular, was unfriendly and had an unpleasant attitude. The ambiance of the place was uncomfortable, with bean bags that were far from comfortable and even the VIP room only had two lazy boy chairs. To top it off, they attempted to charge us an additional service charge per person and When we mentioned that we would write a negative review, the manager dismissed it, stating that it doesn’t matter to him.

I was really looking forward to this place, but it turned out to be a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, honestly, one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered.
To make matters worse, we were shocked when they tried to charge us a EGP 350 food service fee, for what, exactly? Only one of us ate! The rest of us barely touched anything. Nothing was served properly, and yet we were expected to pay for a service that didn’t even exist.
We were actually going to pay, but the way we were treated made us walk out deeply disappointed and frustrated. I can’t believe they wanted to charge us for literally nothing. If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t — unless you want to be overcharged for invisible service and disrespected by the staff.
First time and definitely last time. What a shame.
