The cars are really good and in great condition, and the service is really smooth and customer service are very friendly. However, most of times when u are looking for a specific type of cars they are always not available. Also, when I needed to extend the renting period, they did charge me a full day amout for just half day which is not fair as I didn’t take advantage of the period I really needed which I regretted that later

I have been to many countries, But this rental company topped the list! It was easy to rent a car, when you have questions They reply pretty fast in English or Arabic, And combined with a cheap fuel price it’s a great deal so thank you very much kayan car rental!

Excellent experience with Kayan Car Rental!
From the initial enquiry to paying the deposit, the team was very responsive and sincere, even though different staff handled the communication.
Due to the unstable situation in the Middle East, our flight to Egypt was cancelled and we had to cancel all our bookings. Kayan Car Rental handled the refund professionally, and the deposit was returned very quickly.
Highly appreciated their service and honesty. We will definitely choose them again when we visit Egypt in the future. Thank you!
