We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Initially, the fact that we asked to be picked up from the airport, we couldn’t find the driver, we called and no one answered and after an hour they looked for us and we had to get to the hotel and then they even asked us for the money for the transfer that we never received (because we found our own taxi). We stayed in a second hotel that they have for this season. The sheets were covered in hair and the towels were dirty. The only thing we enjoyed was the view and how close it is to the pyramids.

I would like to give a better review of this hotel, but I booked the largest room because it had a jacuzzi and other amenities. The toilet was clean and had daily toiletries, but the bed linen and towels were worn. The room was fairly clean, but compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, I’d rate the cleanliness a 2 out of 5. The breakfast was mediocre; we ate yogurt and other things because it was packaged. But the terrace was amazing. It was like getting off a plane at night and seeing the pyramids in silhouette, then waking up in the morning to see the giant pyramids in front of you. That feeling was truly beautiful. The hotel is located in a very poor area; I uploaded a video summarizing this. Finally, their luggage storage service was very helpful.
