One of the worst places, and the scammers are unbelievable. I booked and agreed on a price, then they increased it. The employee’s name is Bossi, and she’s terrible at dealing with customers. The owner, Ziad, and the manager, Ibrahim, are all the same; there’s no accountability with customers, and no solutions to problems.

One of the worst places for tourists to book flights.
The ticket costs 3200 including taxes, but they asked for 7900 plus a 4700 commission, which is more than the ticket price!
I booked the same ticket with another office for 3450.
