It’s my second enjoyable stay at Kempinski, and once again, it has been a wonderful experience.
This time, I’m staying with my two sons, who were truly impressed by the hotel and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are outstanding, always welcoming, smiling, and eager to help.
The breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. The breakfast team is especially friendly and attentive, particularly Farha, whose kindness, warm hospitality, and excellent service made our mornings even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Kempinski to anyone looking for a memorable stay, and I look forward to returning again.

I stayed at Kempinski for about five days while accompanying my husband, who was staying there for almost a month.
From the moment we arrived, we truly enjoyed the warm hospitality of the hotel. Every time I left the hotel, the staff at the entrance greeted me with genuine warmth and bright smiles. Their friendliness and positive energy always lifted my spirits, and I often found myself leaving the hotel with a smile because of the way they welcomed us each day.
The breakfast spread was delicious, and a special mention goes to Farha and her team, who looked after us with exceptional attentiveness. Farha was especially warm, professional, and always ensured that our needs were met with genuine care. Her dedication and friendly nature made every breakfast experience enjoyable.
If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast variety. During our five-day stay, the menu remained largely the same each morning. It would be wonderful to see a little more rotation in the dishes for guests staying several days.
Also, on four out of the five mornings, there was no maple syrup available. This may seem like a small detail, but for my son, who is quite a picky eater, pancakes and waffles with maple syrup were one of the few breakfast options he would happily eat. Without it, he ended up skipping breakfast on those days.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent service provided by the entire team. Thank you to Farha and the entire Kempinski team for making us feel so welcome. We look forward to returning in the future.

An outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste.
A special thanks to Chef Tarek El Aryan for his exceptional food and attention to quality. My favorite dessert was the Egyptian cream-filled maamoul—it was absolutely delicious and one of the best desserts I have ever tasted.
Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. I will definitely be coming back again.

We had an unforgettable stay celebrating our anniversary. A huge thank you to Latifa from the Lady in Red team for making every detail so special. From the beautiful room decoration to organizing our romantic anniversary dinner, everything was perfectly arranged with warmth, care, and professionalism. She truly made our celebration one to remember.
A special thanks as well to Chef Tarek for the outstanding breakfast. The Maamoul, Shakshouka, and the entire breakfast selection were absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had.
We also want to thank Mr. Islam, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and supportive. His friendly hospitality made every breakfast enjoyable, comfortable, and full of positive energy.
The only suggestion for improvement would be some maintenance for the indoor pool. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we genuinely appreciate the exceptional service from the entire team. We look forward to coming back!

I recently spent a day-use stay at Kempinski Palace Cairo to celebrate my son’s birthday, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations.
From the moment the team learned we were celebrating a birthday, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade from a city-view room to a beautiful pool-view room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made our celebration feel even more special.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was Meret from Guest Relations. From the very beginning, she welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. She took the time to show us around the hotel and made us feel incredibly valued.
When we entered our room, we were completely surprised. It had been beautifully decorated for my son’s birthday, with a lovely birthday cake waiting for him and the most heartfelt handwritten birthday card from Meret. It wasn’t just the beautiful setup that touched us—it was the genuine care, attention to detail, and personal effort she put into making my son’s day unforgettable.
Meret truly went above and beyond. In an industry where great service is expected, she delivered something much more meaningful: genuine hospitality and kindness. She created memories that my son and I will treasure for years to come.
A heartfelt thank you to Meret and the entire team at Kempinski Palace Cairo for making our celebration so magical. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, thoughtful staff, and an experience that makes you feel truly special.
