I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Kodak branch. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking—from the way customers are treated to the lack of basic organization. The customer service is by far the worst I’ve encountered; staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in resolving any issues.
On top of that, the quality of the service and final product was very poor and did not meet even basic expectations. Everything about the experience felt careless and below standard.
Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had with any branch. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Kodak Egypt Official Branch at Palm Hills Gate.
Unfortunately, this has to be one of the worst branches I have ever visited.
This branch provides one of the poorest customer service experiences I have encountered. The team shows little interest in customer satisfaction or sales, treating customers as unimportant. Communication is weak, responses are slow, and basic tasks take far too long.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend this location at all and hope management works on significant improvements.

I’m at a loss for where to begin, but they’re incredibly polite, efficient, and friendly!

The quality of their printing is exceptional, and the prices are surprisingly low considering the high quality and value you receive.
