The photographer was disinterested in taking my photo. The photo taking process felt rushed and the end product was of poor quality. Colours are pale and the photo looks distorted. Even the clipping of the physical copies was careless. Never taken a photo that seemed so ultra processed. Mind you I’m using it for a visa application!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Kodak branch. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking—from the way customers are treated to the lack of basic organization. The customer service is by far the worst I’ve encountered; staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in resolving any issues.
On top of that, the quality of the service and final product was very poor and did not meet even basic expectations. Everything about the experience felt careless and below standard.
Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had with any branch. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
