Masha’Allah, one of the most beautiful and elegant restaurants. Excellent quality, very reasonable prices. Despite its small size, you enjoy the place and don’t feel the cramped space when it’s crowded.

I ordered online through Talabat, where delivery is managed directly by the restaurant’s own drivers. The food took over two hours to arrive. During this entire time, no one called to apologize or update me. Every time I reached out to them, they gave me the same useless excuse: “We’ll have someone call you back,” but nobody ever did. When I complained to Talabat, they couldn’t help much because the delivery was handled entirely by the restaurant itself.
To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it was completely cold, bland, and totally inedible.
Delivering cold food two hours late with zero communication is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This restaurant clearly does not care about its customers or their satisfaction. Extremely disappointing
save your money and order from somewhere that respects its customers.
