Excellent and very convenient airport hotel! The covered walkway provides direct access to Terminal 3, and the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage all the way to the security gate.
We ordered pizza through room service, and it was delicious! As we were leaving before the breakfast buffet opened, the hotel kindly prepared a nice takeaway breakfast for us. A comfortable, convenient, and stress-free stay before an early flight. Highly recommended!

I loved this hotel! It is clean, comfortable, accommodating, and attached right to the airport. I liked the added security. Since it is part of the airport no one was able to come and go freely. The only issue we ran into is not being able to figure out how to walk there. Many men stopped us and told us we had to take a taxi, and tried to get our money, but we knew it was walkable and refused to let them tell us otherwise. We just had to keep asking around until someone finally led us in the correct direction.
I regret that we did not get to spend enough time in Egypt, but we enjoyed every second of this stay. The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible. The waiters knew us by name. The pool looked so inviting, but unfortunately closed at 5 pm? If it had stayed open until 10 pm we would have definitely enjoyed that too. If I am ever lucky enough to visit again, I will stay at Le Méridien.

Excellent airport hotel with outstanding service and family friendly hospitality
We had three excellent single night stays at Le Méridien Cairo Airport during our recent Egypt and Jordan trip, and the hotel worked perfectly for late night arrivals and early morning connections. The location is extremely convenient, especially since it is directly connected to the airport and removes the stress of Cairo traffic when catching a flight.
The staff were wonderful throughout all three stays. Everyone we interacted with was warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches for travelers with early departures, including packed breakfast when we had to leave very early in the morning.
As Marriott Bonvoy Titanium members, we were upgraded to a corner suite on two out of our three stays, which was a very nice gesture and made the short stays even more comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel amenities were excellent for an airport property.
The lounge was also very nice, with good service and a relaxing atmosphere. Since children are not allowed in the lounge, the hotel provided us with a complimentary dinner buffet option in the main restaurant when we were traveling with the kids. That was a thoughtful and much appreciated accommodation, and it made the experience feel very family friendly despite the lounge restriction.
Overall, Le Méridien Cairo Airport is an excellent choice for anyone needing a convenient, comfortable, and reliable stay near Cairo Airport. We would absolutely stay here again for future connections through Cairo.

Much more than just an airport hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and can say Le Meridien is better than it has any right to be. It could just lean on the fact it is the only hotel connected directly to Terminal 3 (in fact any terminal at CAI) and a 10 minutes walk or free shuttle to T2. Certainly many people would stay here for the convenience alone, and lots of airport hotels around the world don’t make any effort to go beyond the basics.
LM has excellent rooms, a very good size with excellent furniture, beds and a decent bathroom. Air conditioning always works well, very good amenities. There are also a good range of restaurants, with China Red being my favourite but all are good at what they do. The gym is very well equipped, you’ll be able to do most of whatever workout you need. The pool is large, always clean, and surrounded by nice gardens and plentiful sun loungers.
What is such a pleasant surprise though is just how many incredible staff they have. There are just too many to name, but I’ve always been treated so well by everyone at the front desk, at every F&B outlet and of course Gloria and Maryam in Guest Relations. The staff are well trained, they understand loyalty and follow the Bonvoy program to the letter. The club lounge is fantastic, if you qualify for that through status or room type, it’s well worth visiting early. The hotel is also very flexible for people who arrive on early flights, if a room is available they always try to allow an early check in.
