The rooms have an unpleasant, rotten smell, and the bathroom shattaf was broken and not working. The rooms also look old and in need of renovation. The atmosphere by the pool is nice, and the staff are mostly helpful and friendly. My main issue was the condition and cleanliness of the room.

My family and I stayed at Le Passage for approximately seven hours during a transit stop, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.
When we entered our room, it was immediately obvious that cleanliness standards had not been maintained. The bathroom appeared not to have been cleaned after the previous guests, which was unacceptable. We also found cigarette butts on the floor, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room that was impossible to ignore.
After a long journey, we expected a clean and comfortable place to rest, but instead we were met with poor hygiene and a very unpleasant environment. Based on our experience, the hotel did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness, and I would not recommend it to other travellers.

The hotel is close to the airport, so it is very convenient. The room was clean, and the staff in general were nice and friendly. The gardens were very well taken care of, green and beautiful, and the swimming pool was excellent. It was clear that they took great care of it.
The breakfast had lots of options, and the main restaurant offered very good prices. The ice creams by the pool were delicious. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!
One area that could be improved is the bed, as it could be more comfortable. Also, some areas of the halls had a strange smell, although they used humidifiers with a pleasant scent in the morning, which helped.

My overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.
First, we initially stayed in a Standard Room, which was very small, had an unpleasant view, and did not include a minibar. We requested an upgrade to a Deluxe Room through the reception and agreed to pay an additional fee of 500. After moving our luggage and settling into the new room, the reception called us asking for immediate payment of the upgrade fee. I found this unprofessional and unacceptable, as such charges could easily have been settled during check-out.
Second, the minibar was not complimentary at all. Every item, including bottled water, was charged separately. In most hotels, guests expect at least basic drinking water to be provided free of charge.
In addition, the room hygiene was below expectations. We noticed hair and other traces of poor cleaning in the room, which raised concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
Overall, I believe this hotel is overrated. Based on my experience, it does not provide the level of service, professionalism, or cleanliness expected from a five-star property. I would personally rate it closer to a three- or four-star hotel rather than a true five-star experience.

Absolutely top-notch experience- though am still here till Saturday. The staff are warm, professional, and very attentive. A place I will lodged again when I visit. The reception team was welcoming, efficient and made check-in process smooth and stress-free. The room is spotless, spacious and well equipped with everything I needed. The facilities provided-including fast Wi-fi, air conditioning, and moderm bathroom amenities were all in perfect condition. The food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality service and comfort.
