Let’s Cafe & PlayStation

I had a very bad and disappointing experience at this place.

They have recently introduced a very strange and unfair policy where customers are forced to renew their order every 3 hours. This policy did not exist before, and more importantly, the waiter did not inform me about it before I sat down.

I had already ordered items worth more than 200 EGP, yet I was told that I either had to place another order or leave the place. This made me feel pressured and uncomfortable, as if I was being forced to order or walk out.

This is a very, very bad experience and completely unprofessional. I used to really like this place, but unfortunately, this was my last visit.

Let’s is absolutely amazing and very cozy.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making you feel completely at home.
The quality of the food and drinks is outstanding and highly competitive.
Definitely a place worth visiting again.

great service, respectful staff, delicious food,
